RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund. Please review the details below:

Return Policy
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Eaux de Parfum must be unopened / unused and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

For quality and safety reasons, all Eau de Parfum fragrance purchases are final once they leave our studio. If you’re new to our scents, we recommend starting with a 2 ml sample to discover the one that resonates most with you.

How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@wndrmade.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Prepare Your Return: Once you have an RMA number, securely package your item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase/packing slip, and write the RMA number on the package.
3. Send It Back: Mail your return to the following address:

Important Notes
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund Process
• Once we receive your return and verify it is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund after receiving your return.
• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions
• Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any used items, sales products, or customized/personalized products.
• Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at support@wndrmade.com with photo evidence of the item and the shipping box. We will work with you to arrange an exchange.
