We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All returned items must be unused and in its original condition. 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, please email us at support@wndrmade.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/packing slip and mail your return the following address:

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund if the item has been properly returned in its original condition. Please allow at least 2-3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Any used items
  • Customized/personalized products
  • Sales products

EXCHANGES

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at support@wndrmade.com to arrange an exchange. You will need to include photo proof of the defective or damaged item.
