We accept returns on eligible items under the conditions outlined below:

General Returns
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in original packaging.

Eau de Parfum Final Sale Policy
For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Eau de Parfum fragrance purchases once it has shipped.

If you’re new to our scents or purchasing as a gift, we strongly recommend starting with our 2 ml samples to discover the one that resonates most with you or your recipient before committing to a full size fragrance.

How to Return an Eligible Item
1. Contact us at support@wndrmade.com support@wndrmade.comto request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Once approved, securely package your item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/packing slip.
3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to:

Important Notes
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing
• Once we receive your return and verify it is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund after receiving your return.
• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions
• Non returnable items include used products, sale items, custom or personalized products, and all Eau de Parfum fragrances.
• If your order arriveds damaged or defective, contact us at support@wndrmade.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and shipping box so we can assist.
