WHAT MAKES WNDRMADE CANDLES UNIQUE?
WHY ARE WNDRMADE CANDLES SO EXPENSIVE?
ARE YOUR CANDLES SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES?
Absolutely! Our candles are made with only essential oils and natural wax, making them a great option for those sensitive to synthetic fragrances. If you have allergies to specific essential oils, let us know which ones, and we’ll confirm whether they are used in a particular fragrance blend.
WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?
We use a coconut and soy wax ensuring a clean burn.
WHAT KIND OF WICKS DO YOU USE?
We use 100% cotton wicks in our candles, free from lead or zinc, ensuring a clean and safe burn.
HOW DO I EXTEND THE LIFE OF MY CANDLES?
The first burn of a candle is extremely important for ensuring that it burns evenly in the future. When lighting your candle for the first time, allow it to burn until the wax melts completely across the surface, making sure that it is reaching the edges of the container. This process may take a few hours, and as a guideline, let the candle burn for about one hour per inch of its diameter. Additionally, proper wick maintenance is essential. Avoid trimming the wick too short, as it can prevent the candle from burning hot enough and lead to tunneling. However, leaving the wick too long may cause the candle to burn too hot and produce smoke.

DO I REALLY NEED TO TRIM MY WICKS?
Yes, trimming your wick is important for getting the best performance from your candle. Keeping the wick at the recommended length (usually about 1/4 inch) ensures a clean, steady burn and helps avoid issues like excessive smoke, soot, or a flame that’s too large. A properly trimmed wick also prevents uneven burning or tunneling, helping you make the most of your candle. So while it might seem like a small step, it makes a big difference in how well your candle burns and lasts.

WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE USED IN YOUR INCENSE CONES?
Our incense cones are made using only natural, raw ingredients such as wood resins. We never use synthetic fragrances, ensuring a pure and natural experience.
HOW LONG DO YOUR INCENSE CONES BURN?
Each cone typically burns for approximately 12-20 minutes, filling your space with a natural and soothing aroma.
WHAT SCENTS ARE AVAILABLE IN YOUR INCENSE CONES?
Our incense cones are currently offered in Cedar, Sandalwood, and Palo Santo. Each scent is thoughtfully crafted to create a calming and grounding experience. We’re excited to expand our range with additional scents in the future and incense sticks are also on the way!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by following the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into the Account Page, locating the order in question, and click on the tracking number listed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship from New York so it depends on where you are located. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and standard shipping will take an additional 5-8 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We have been notified by our shipping carriers that there may be unexpected delays in receiving your packages. Please note that once the package is shipped, it is out of our control and shipping delays may happen occasionally, especially during peak shopping season or under severe weather conditions.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use most major shipping carriers. Delivery schedules can often times be impacted by bad weather or the holidays. We alternate between USPS or UPS and will choose one that will provide the fastest shipping to your shipping address.
A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been fulfilled. It may arrive sooner but if you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please be patient as we all work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item or a full order, we're happy to help. Just email us directly at support@wndrmade.com and we'll take you through the process.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and all returned items must be unused and in its original condition.
