Skip the perfume aisle. At Wndrmade®, we aren’t just inspired by nature, it’s what we’re made of.


We craft all of our fragrances in-house, using only essential oils, CO2 extracts, and absolutes derived directly from plant materials. Our ingredients are consciously sourced from the purest, highest quality, and environmentally responsible providers around the world, blended by hand at our Catskill Mountain hideaway to create truly unique, beautiful, and REAL smelling candles that have all the complexities and curiosities that nature intended.


ALL NATURAL PERFUME GRADE ESSENTIAL OILS, CO2S, AND ABSOLUTES

We create all of our perfumery in-house, using all-natural essential oils, CO2s, and absolutes. Our fragrance recipes can utilize 12 to 20+ oils that we combine and fine tune into one-of-a-kind perfumes, our own take on classic scents that have inspired us. 


NO SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES OR DYES

We made the choice to never utilize cheaper, pre-bottled synthetic “fragrance oils” or molecular isolates in favor of a natural, artisan approach to perfumery. 


RESPONSIBLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS

We work with environmentally conscious, industry leading essential oil producers who specialize in natural perfumery and aromatherapy. They vet all of their sources to make sure that they operate in an ethical way. 


VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE

Made with a blend of coconut and soy wax, we do not use fossil fuel based waxes, which unfortunately remain in use today as the industry standard.


ECO-FRIENDLY, ZERO PLASTIC PACKAGING

It means using natural paper labels and reusable vessels that can be repurposed and last years. Also, instead of having toxic packaging, we use washi tape, recycled/recyclable paper, and zero plastic.

How do I extend the life of my candles?

Your initial burn is the most important In determining the life of your candle. Your first burn should be up to 3 - 3.5 hours for 8 oz candles, 2.5 - 3 hours for our 5.5 oz candles, and 2 - 2.5 hours for our 4 oz candles or until a full melt pool has formed. The first burn and every burn after should always melt the wax to the edge of the container, ensuring that as your candle melts it does so evenly down the glass.

Do I really need to trim my wick?

Yes, definitely trim your wicks to 1/4 inch before every burn. Long or crooked untrimmed wicks can cause uneven burning, or cause your candle to burn too quickly, produce soot, and reduce the fragrance.

ORDERS + SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by following the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into the Account Page, locating the order in question, and click on the tracking number listed.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship from New York so it depends on where you are located. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and will take an additional 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Due to an increased demand for home delivery services, we have been notified by our shipping carriers that there may be unexpected delays in receiving your packages. Please note that once the package is shipped, it is out of our control and shipping delays may happen occasionally, especially during peak shopping season or under severe weather conditions.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major shipping carriers. Delivery schedules can often times be impacted by Covid-19, bad weather, or the holidays. We alternate between USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery services and will choose one that will provide the fastest shipping to your shipping address.

A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been fulfilled. It may arrive sooner but if you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please be patient as we all work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but this is something we're working on. Stay tuned!

Can I return my order?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item or a full order, we're happy to help. Just email us directly at support@wndrmade.com and we'll take you through the process.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and all returned items must be unused and in its original condition.
