Welcome to Wndrmade® where artisan, natural perfumery makes the difference. We are unique in the way we create all of our fragrances in-house using only natural, perfume grade essential oils and botanical extracts. Our hand-crafted fragrances can utilize anywhere from 12 to 20 oils that we combine and fine tune into one-of-a-kind perfumes, our own take on classic scents that have inspired us. Our mission at Wndrmade® has always been, and will continue to be, focused on developing all-natural fragrance products with the highest quality botanical perfumery components, and we made a choice to never, ever use pre-bottled synthetic fragrance oils or molecular isolates.
Wndrmade incense cones are made by hand from raw wood and natural resins only, without any added fragrance oils or perfumes. Since these cones are all handmade in-house, it can be a little challenging for us to fulfill larger orders in a timely manner, so there is a 15 box limit (per scent) per order.
We use recyclable shipping boxes, kraft paper, and padding. During the warmer months, we add a thermal wrap to help protect candles from heat when shipping to areas with high temperatures. While this provides some insulation, we can’t guarantee that candles will remain unaffected by extreme heat, so we encourage placing orders outside of the hottest summer months when possible.
There is no minimum order requirement.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please allow at least 2 to 3 weeks from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. We strive to keep the shipping rates as low as possible, however, please let us know if you have a preferred method and account number that you would like us to use. We offer free shipping on all orders over $1000 (except Hawaii and Alaska). Wndrmade® is not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or stolen packages. Please make sure there is someone available at your location to ensure your order arrives safely. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
If your shop is located in New York, we may be able to arrange for a local delivery.
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damages or shortages.
